Trollway Diabetes, Inc. is a Wisconsin non-profit corporation.
In coordination with Mt. Horeb Lions, Trollway Diabetes, Inc. is delivering the CDC-approved curriculum for diabetes prevention. Diabetes education and management services coming in 2024, as well as office hours at Mount Horeb Senior Center

16 weekly sessions, followed by additional support for 6 months

JUNE, 2024!: DIABETES WEEKS AT WISCONSIN LIONS CAMP!
Diabetes Camp is a VITAL event for kids age 10-17 with diabetes. FIVE days of jam-packed fun and learning for these kids, where they can be just like everyone else. Mentored by volunteers and medical staff so parents can get a break while the kids can just be kids.

Preventing Type 2 for YOU!
Executive Director, Lifestyle Coach
Jill Kietzke, MSN, BC-ADM
I have been dreaming of starting a community diabetes clinic for years. I grew up in the small town of Mazomanie, WI, and now I live in Mount Horeb. As a nurse, the best way I can contribute to the health of our communities is with my PASSION for diabetes. The first step in that journey is PREVENTION. As soon as possible I will be expanding my services to individual diabetes management.
I graduated from Viterbo University in 1995. After finding my niche, I received my Masters degree in Diabetes Nursing in 2017. In my spare time I love to fish (open water, ice, any species), spend time relaxing at our cabin, and volunteer in my community or at diabetes camp in Rosholt, WI. More about that later...
